What Changes From One Community to the Next

- Your water: Leon Valley runs its own wells and adds no fluoride, at 0.21 parts per million. The San Antonio Water System reported 0.69 parts per million in 2025. The federal Public Health Service recommends 0.7. Low fluoride raises decay risk along the gumline, and it matters more as gums pull back with age. Your bill names the system.
- Your route in: Leon Valley and Helotes drivers come in along Bandera Road. Balcones Heights and Castle Hills sit close to Loop 410, so the drive runs a few minutes either way. Shavano Park and Hollywood Park patients come south from Loop 1604. Five VIA routes stop at the transit center beside our office, if you ride the bus.
